Ask The Butcher Competition
   

Protein concepted, designed and developed the 'Ask The Butcher' website campaign and competition. The site has increased awareness and a customer base for Vic's new retail store.

The Brief :

Vic's Meat needed a website to build hype behind the construction of their new top secret retail store in Woollahra, NSW..

 

What better way to promote then with an interacive online competition!

 

The Concept :

The concept was based around their well established "Ask The Butcher" interactive flash information tool on the Vic's Meat website, (developed by Protein!). The new site incorporated a much grander vision - integrating a new facts tool, competition and retail store construction gallery.

This concept is represented in a cheeky educational way with a blackboard and chalk.

The user is encouraged to enter the Competition via an interactive form.

 

The Result :

The 'Ask The Butcher website' is interactive and fun and has been a huge success for Vic's Meat. The competition has built a solid database of customers for the launch of their store in July.

 

As part of the website launch - the competition site was advertised on a full shop billboard wrap, and mobile wrap on a 4-ton delivery truck!

We at Protein have seen the plans for the shopping experience at the top secret retail store, and all we can say is that your shopping experience at a butcher's WILL be redefined!
